Lizzy part with Campbell

THIN Lizzy are to split from guitarist Vivian Campbell...and this time it's not because a guitarist is leaving as a result of musical differences.

Def Leppard Instead Campbell is returing to axe duties. Lizzy will replace Campbell with Richard Fortus, last seen wielding a six-string with Guns 'n' Roses.

Campbell's departure will be ahead of Lizzy's Slaine Castle appearance on the Kings of Leon undercard.

It also ends any speculation that Campbell would be double-jobbing for the Def Leppard, Alice Cooper, Thin Lizzy Odyssey Arena triple header in June.
