It's trés doom laden mate - they sound like a bunch of middle aged fucks who have been through some bad shit - which according to an interview in Terrorizer Tom G Warrior certainly has. It's a bit unrelenting, and for sheer being pissed off with the world, relationships etc the lyrics out emo the emos. It makes Morrisey seem like a cheery chappy! But with the intense sonic assault it is unmistakably a metallic assault on tender ears :) Still making up my mind as to whether it deserves to stand alongside Morbid Tales and In Mega Therion, but its pushing that way anyway, but minus any cheerfulness
