Exodus, Tailgunner new songs

After a while one get fed up with the clatter of crap clogging up your inbox. Desperate PR companies (and I worked in PR....)  The plagues of hyperbole...

And then in the burgeoning inbox pops a couple of songs that hit you, just right.... So below, are the Tailgunner song and video, and the new Exodus track. Buckle in...

And then there is Exodus...banned from Youtube for their video

EXODUS on '3111': "We decided to go hard with the leadoff single, ‘3111’. The song is about the narco killings in Juarez, and ‘3111’ is the estimated number of murders for 2010 alone."

NEWS: Finnish thrashers added to Exodus show

FINNISH thrashers Lost Society will support Exodus on their upcoming Dublin and Belfast shows..

Front man Samy Elbanna said:

"We can't even begin to tell you all how stoked we are to announce that we'll be hitting the road with the almighty EXODUS at the end of February! We're so happy to finally return to the UK and hit our other favourite countries and cities.

"We'll be playing some tracks off of ‘BRAINDEAD’ for the first time ever, and of course songs off of the first two records. One thing is for sure, Exodus and Lost Society will tear down every single venue, and we expect you all to go crazy and scream your lungs out!! Make sure you get your tickets right away, this is gonna be legendary!"

Accept the past

TEUTONIC metal stars of the eighties, Accept, are preparing  for a Belfast date at the Spring and Airbrake on the 20th March hosted by the Distortion Project. Balls the Wall people!

And a reminder that Diamond Head are on tomorrow night and Exodus on Sunday.

Exodus coming to town

Exodus are coming to town - legendary Bay Area thrashers will be coming to town thanks on November 21st, in a line-up including Man Must Die. Tickets are £20 for an Ormeau Avenue spectacular.

And, this came after I'd just cleared a lot old vinyl out, disposed off to the wonderful Dragon Records in Belfast. Visit them in Wellington Place to see if there are any Exodus or other 80s thrash albums lurking there...[hint: I know there are because they took a lot off my hands :)]
